The Leimo Differences
The Leimo laser hair comb is the world’s first device designed and developed as a personal hair medical laser device for hair-loss and scalp care using Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and LED therapy (LEDT) - A new advancement for hair and scalp restoration with no medication, no drugs and absolutely no side effects.
The Leimo laser hair comb design is unique because of the combination of the use of Laser, LED and a stimulating bar.
Light Emitting Diode - LED - 660nm
LED is a form of photo- therapy which involves the application of non-coherent low power monochromatic light to injured lesions to stimulate self-healing by the human body.
Photo-therapy or Photo Bio-stimulation is sometimes simply known as Light (photo) Therapy. The wavelength used in Leimo Laser hair Comb is 660nm (Red light) , for stimulation of blood circulation and to improve the quality of skin and hair cells.
Low Level Laser Diode - LLLT - 890nm
Low Level Laser light is very different from normal light because it is monochromatic (one colour) and the wavelength is also coherent. These special characteristics gives laser light therapy it's special medical benefits. The laser used in Leimo laser hair comb very low power, it's near infra-red wavelength at 890nm ensures deep penetration into soft tissue and increases the action of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), a molecule that is a major carrier of energy from one reaction site to another in all living cells.
By doing so, laser light increases the energy available to hair cells so they take in nutrients faster and effectively get rid of waste bi-products. This often leads to more healthier hair cells, as well as increase in cells density thus more thicker and healthier hair growth.
The Stimulating Bar - Massaging and Acupuncture Effect
The stimulating bar is made of urethane rubber serves as a combing device as well as providing stimulating effect liken to massaging and acupuncture of your scalp, this effectively stimulate better blood circulation and thus better hair growth.
