Product Warranty
The Leimo laser hair comb is warranted for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship. The internal rechargeable battery is given a 6 month warranty from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and product mishandling.
All transportation charges pertaining to the delivery of goods under warranty shall be borne by the user.

Our support representative will give you a unique Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the product.
c.) You may not return a product without an RAN number.
d.) The Leimo laser hair comb will only be accepted as a return, if it is in as-new working condition and in it's original packing in good condition.
e.) In the event that the returned Leimo laser hair comb is damaged or is in a condition not as-new condition, including but not limited to damage to the laser or LED probe or the protective lens or if the serial number labels are torn or missing or if the "Warranty" label is damage, or if there are dirt or scratches or marks on the surface of the Leimo laser hair comb or on the device handle, we shall then determine and assess on a case-to-case basis the value of such damage and deduct the same value from the amount to be refunded.
f.) If there is a need to access any damage as stated in point (7e) above , we shall inform the customers of the damaged conditions and our assessments by email before applying any deductions or refund.
g.) You are responsible to ship the product(s) back to our company by courier with insurance on your cost. It is important to ship the
product(s) back to us by courier because we (you and our company) can track and trace the shipment and receipt status of the package. This is necessary to avoid any any disputes in the event of a loss during shipment.
h.) If you so choose to return the product(s) by normal mail without insurance or tracking or authentications, VeryGood.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether in part or full, and all damage shall be subjected to damage assessments as indicated in point (7e) above.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of Singapore, the principal place of business of
the parent company of DesignerLuxury, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these terms and
conditions of use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions.
